In Transit – Short Film

emtransitoI found a short film called Em Trânsito, done in 2013 (a year before Campos died), which takes place in Recife and talks about the paradox between automotive purchases and traffic. In other words, people buy cars to be mobile but this action, on a large scale, paralyses the city.

Warning: There are scenes with a cardboard cut-out of Eduardo Campos, including where this cardboard character “dies”, something the filmmaker, in effect, accidently foreshadows. You can catch the film, with English subtitles, here.
