Recife Airport considered the best in Brazil

Recife

Recife’s International Airport (aka Guararapes) was elected the best Brazilian airport in a study done by Proteste Associação de Consumidores in 2013 and published this Tuesday (April 1st). During the months of September and October of last year, the association polled 9,000 people in 6 countries (Brazil, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, France and Italy). More than 150 airports were evaluated (among them 14 were Brazilian) in 8 categories. Those categories were: access to public transport, signage, arrival and departure screens, bathrooms, places to sit, security procedures, and time to reach the boarding gate and to actually board the plane. The Guararapes airport was highlighted for its places to sit and arrival and departure screens. – UOL (PT)
